The festival starts at 4pm on Tuesday and finishes on Sunday at 5.00pm. We ask that all participants arrive for check in between 4.00 and 7.00pm; anyone arriving outside of these times please let us know in advance. Dinner is at 7pm. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot keep dinner for late arrivals; if you expect to arrive late please eat before you come.

It is possible to stay the night after the Festival finishes. The cost per night is £12.00, or the private room rate if applicable, including breakfast. Dinner for Sunday night is £5.00; if you want this, please pay for it by lunchtime. The overnight price covers your stay until 10am; please be prepared to leave by then, or book a day of R & R if you wish to stay longer.
